Mr. Wilson served as a Managing Partner at TCP from 2005 until his departure in 2012. Prior to joining TCP in 2005, Mr. Wilson retired from the international law firm of Latham & Watkins. While with Latham & Watkins, he served as Tennenbaum Capital Partners’ primary outside counsel since its inception. While still a senior partner with Latham & Watkins, he was Global Co-Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and former Chairman of both the National Litigation Department and the National Mergers and Acquisitions Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Wilson has served as a Managing Partner at TCP from 2005 until his retirement in 2012. He currently serves as an Advisor to TCP, Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Wire Group, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Burford Capital Limited. He is also Director of Unwired Planet Inc.
